Improve Your Memory by Using Memory Foraging Strategies

Improve Your Memory by Using Memory Foraging Strategies

Memorizing is an important part in my life since I come to this new land and to speak a foreign language. Endless vovabularies and pharses confuse my brain and I keep fighting with these hateful words. I saw this article on the internet. I was curious what strategies can improve memory rapidly at first. After having read the article, I realize that the only way to improve memory is constant effort.
There are too many temptations in our life and we sometimes are addicted to it. Memorizing something that you don't want to memory requires durable perseverance.
We should make a list of plans everyday and force ourselves to reach it without excuses. However, there might be some sudden changes in daily life. We should makeup the miss work when we have available time.
Memorizing new vocabularies seems very boring to me so I always try to find some excuses to avoid suffering the pain of memorizing.
Therefore, when I feel tired or lazy, I will write down my aim and destination in order to remind me of the saying "No pain, no gain." When I overcome the challenge I'm facing by my patient and perseverance, I feel proud of myself.
In conclusion, the only way to improve memory is to memorize more and undertake the pain. Just let your brain keep training by adding more stuff to it.
