As we all know, there are too many temptations which we have to face them in our life. Therefore, smoking, drinking, playing video games and other distracting habits become some people's bad hapbts.
In my opinion, a successful person must be the one who can tolerate the depression in the life and resist the different kinds of seducements.
There are a lot of healthy ways to help us overcome our troubles and lead us to a good mood. Listening to music, reading and talking with friends are all easy methods to relieve our pain. In addition, smile is the most powerful and beautiful magic in the world. Let a smile lead you through the trouble and get rid of bad mood. And it can also make the people around you feel comfortable. Let the habit of smiling guide you to cast off the bad habits you have already formed.
It will never be too late to correct the habits.
