With life quality becoming better and better, more and more people are being lazier and lazier. Adiposity turns in to a serious problem. How to deal with it and lose weight? One of the major answers is obvious——Excercise!

In my opinion, everyone's body is different. We can not determine the best way for everybody to keep fit. People should figure out their own ways to train themselves. We can not follow every new theory blindly. These theories are just the suggesions or the advice for you. They may not work in different body structure. So I think we should trust ourselves and evaluate the news carefully because the "best one" may not be the "best one" for your body!
